Returns & exchanges

We hope you enjoy your afterglobe ritual. Each kit is assembled with care and intended to be experienced slowly and deliberately.

If the kit isn’t right for you, we accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of the items included, all returns must be unused, unopened and in their original condition.

Items that have been used, opened, or exposed to scent cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

USA Returns

Returns from the United States are processed domestically. We do not require items to be shipped back to the UK.

Returned kits are inspected on receipt. Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Alternative to returning

If returning the kit feels impractical, we may offer a partial refund while you keep the items, at our discretion.

This option is considered on a case-by-case basis and is intended as a simple resolution where appropriate.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.

We’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement or full refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
