Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We’re unable to amend addresses once your order has shipped.

Priority shipping is available at checkout (£10), with delivery in 3–5 business days.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel:

• Is marked as delivered but cannot be located
• Is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please email us within 48 hours with photographs of:

• The outer packaging
• The inner contents

We will arrange a replacement or resolution swiftly.
